Administrative Assistant

Richmond, CA

Local Candidates only

Will be remote for now but onsite later


Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping work.

·       Manage and pay invoices, draft memos and letters.

·       File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.


Key Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 5 – 7 years of administrative assistant experience

·       Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

·       SAP invoicing skills

·       Skilled with multi-tasking, customer service skills and good interpersonal skills a must.

·       Good verbal and written communication skill

·       Ability to work independently and manage ones time effectively.

·       Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

·       Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
