The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Required Qualifications: 
• Experienced professional administrator with a minimum of 8 -10 years of directly related experience. Responsibilities have required them to work in a dynamic organization such as a major O&G company or Fortune 500 company.
• Experienced professional admin who has great interpersonal skills and strong communication both written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft suite tools would be essential specifically in Word, Power Point and Excel skills are required
• Ability to be a team player is key so team orientation is required
• Ability to schedule multiple meetings (MS Teams, Skype) and make travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
• Ability to plan and schedule team staff meetings, luncheons and customer meetings
• Experience working in a talent acquisition space is desired
• Strong project management and coordination skills are required
• Budget and forecasting is highly desired
• Experience in working environments such as talent acquisition, recruiting or HR is desired
