Contract Opportunity

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of construction contract negotiations or administration experience.
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Desired Qualifications: Demonstrates experience using databases.
  • Understanding of construction terminology.
  • Basic office management skills. Strong time management skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and verify scope and pricing of invoices against contracts.
  • Track scope completion against contracts. Coordinate authorization for payment; and maintain project and vendor files. Data input.
  • Verify supplier insurance, Safety standards, Contractor State License information and Union affiliation.
  • Assist in the efforts to ensure the attainment of the company's supplier diversity goals.
