Contract Opportunity

 

Opportunity as an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, organization of office supplies, copying, filing as needed etc. (supporting 50 to 80 people) 
  • Organize floor planning 
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and contractors including arranging office moves
  • Maintain team organization chart and contact list 
  • Manage boxing and shipping of Domestic as well as International shipments 
  • Manage conference bookings and arrangements for town hall meetings 
  • Serves as a key contact person for visitors to the office. Will assist in travel arrangements for partners 

 

Key Qualifications: 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience working with executives
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at multi-tasking
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time. 
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential. 
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. 
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
